  • What is normal during postpartum: We’ll review the most common symptoms after birth and what typical recovery can look like.
  • Warning signs to Watch for: Learn which symptoms require contacting your provider and which require urgent medical care.
  • Comfort and Healing Strategies: We’ll touch on simple, effective ways to support your comfort in the early weeks postpartum.
  • Gentle Return to Exercise: You’ll learn general guidelines for safely reintroducing movement, reconnecting with your core and pelvic floor, and knowing when to scale back.
  • Pelvic and Vulvar Health Basics: We’ll discuss common pelvic changes after birth and simple ways to support healing.
  • Postpartum Nutrition Overview: General guidance on how to fuel your body for tissue healing, recovery, and energy.
  • Learn when to seek further support: We’ll explain when follow-up with your OB or pelvic floor PT may be helpful and how to know if additional guidance is needed.
