No. We do not work directly with insurance companies, which means we are an out-of-network provider. This allows us to focus fully on your care without insurance-driven limitations. After your visit, we provide a superbill, which is a detailed receipt you can submit to your insurance company for reimbursement if you have out-of-network services in your specific plan.
This allows for more time with each individual patient, delivering a treatment plan that is truly personalized to you as opposed to following insurance guided care.

As mentioned above, we will provide you with a Superbill, which is an itemized receipt that you can then send to your insurance company for reimbursement. However, we do recommend contacting your insurance company before starting your sessions to see what benefits for physical therapy your provider offers.
We are an out of network approved provider for Medicare. This means you pay for your sessions upfront and then you can submit a form to Medicare directly for reimbursement of your visits. If you are a Medicare beneficiary and have questions about care at our clinic, please call us at 757-532-9804.
